What if I only have 3 employees?

You can still sign up — the workspace is billed at the $50/month minimum regardless. When you cross 5 employees, each additional seat is billed at $10/month.

Can I add and remove employees mid-month?

Yes. Add or remove employees one at a time from the dashboard. Charges are prorated for partial billing periods, and the 5-employee minimum still applies.

Do you support Linux?

Not today. Cyber Eagle ships sensors for macOS and Windows; there is no Linux sensor. The dashboard works in any modern browser.

What happens when my 7-day trial ends?

If you add a card, you roll straight onto a paid month-to-month plan at $10/employee/month. If you don't, your workspace is automatically paused — you're never charged without explicit consent.

Is there an annual discount?

Not at the moment — pricing is flat $10/employee/month, billed monthly. We'd rather keep the price predictable than gate a discount behind a year-long commitment.

Do you offer a discount for larger teams?

If you're rolling out to 500+ seats or need a custom contract (SOC 2 evidence, DPA, invoicing in your currency, etc.), talk to us.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via our payment processor. For 500+ seat plans we can also invoice annually by bank transfer.
